Dean Torres chairs the Board. He is also Senior Tax Auditor for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. He received a BS in Management from Arizona State University and a Masters in Finance from Western International University. He is an enrolled member of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.

Winter Wood is vice-chair of the Board. He is the Founder and President of Native Ground Coffee which serves Indian Gaming, Government, and Indian Health facilities with ethical and great tasting coffee.  He is also an enrolled member of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.

John Trusiak is secretary to the Board. He is also the Portfolio manager – Investments for the Arizona State Retirement System. He received a BS in Business from Arizona State University and is attending the University of Iowa to attain a MBA. 

Christie Dash is a member of the Board. She received a BA in Business Administration and an MBA in Public Administration from DeVry University.  She is an enrolled member of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.

Mark Winkleman is a member of the Board. He is also President and Founder of MGS Realty Partners, Inc., and COO of ML Manager LLC, successor to Mortgages, Ltd. He received a BS in Business and Accounting from the University of Kansas, and a JD from the University of Virginia. His affiliations include the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Valley Partnership, and City of Phoenix Industrial Development Authority.

Jacob Butler is a member of the Board. He is also an elected Council Member of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. He is an enrolled member of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.

Alix Smith is a member of the Board. She is also Chief Executive Officer of Salt River Devco.

Cheryl J. Scott is an ex-officio member of the Board. She is a Senior Counsel with the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community’s Office of the General Counsel. She received her JD from Arizona State University and is admitted to practice law in Arizona, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is an enrolled member of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.

Doug Patterson is an ex-officio member of the Board. He is also Treasurer of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. He received a BS in Finance from University of Tennessee. 

Candace Shon is an ex-officio member of the Board. She is also Deputy Treasurer of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
